This list has been compiled following extensive research, including tenants, pubcos, pub organisations and the press, we will be updating this list as changes in behaviour become apparent. Outstanding heroes have been confirmed in writing. If pubcos can cancel rent and not collect it at a later date, then why can’t the others?

Liberation Group – half headline rent, won’t collect rent for 6 months

Palmers – cancelled rent for April, reviewing situation on arnmonth by month basis

St Austell - cancelled rents for all pubs with Rateable Values of over £51k for the entirety of May, reviewing the situation with all tenants who have received grants and are agreeing with them by mutual consent, what if any rent they are prepared to pay.

Wellington – 3 months rent free as appropriate
